Concise Terms & Conditions
1. Payment: Bookings will only be confirmed on the payment of £100 deposit. Full payment is due (4) weeks prior to the start of your holiday, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking, to allow the accommodation to be re-let.
2. Cancellation: Due to ill-health or unforeseen circumstances, we must be notified as soon as possible so that the accommodation can be re-let. If successfully re-let your full payment will be returned less deposit.
3. Arrival: Please note: arrivals & departures are from Saturday to Saturday, the cottage will be ready at
2pm
on the day of arrival. You can expect kitchen essentials such as milk, bread, butter, coffee and tea. If you have a rough idea of your arrival time, please notify us, so that greeting arrangements can be made. 4. Departure: We ask that you vacate by
10am
to allow cleaners to do their work.
5. Damage to property: We provide a meticulous service, so please report any damages so that the next guests can appreciate the accommodation at its best. Guests are liable for the cost of repairs or replacements.
6. Liability: We take every care to assess and ensure the property is a safe environment and accept our duty of care to our guests, however each guest has his/her own duty of care for their own safety. We encourage you to be respectful and responsible at all times.
7. Payment: Please note we do not accept credit/debit cards. Cheques payable to J. B. Selby & Son
